Impact is good, either the pic suggested a seme character and his cuteness from the stuff to clothes are good choice.
More importantly, you need to improve some facial details and other on the leg part is too long, eyes must be more cute like to tell a seme char or make it a bit of a shota class.
Over all i can say it pass to me ^^ but just a bit of improvement are needed. ^^
